Hvar in 3 days
Three days lets you see both sides of Hvar — the glossy town and the quiet, fragrant interior — without rushing.
Day 1 — Hvar Town & the Pakleni
Explore Hvar Town, climb to the Fortica for the view, then taxi-boat to the Pakleni islands for an afternoon swim. Time the fortress for sunset.
Day 2 — Stari Grad & the plain
Cross to Stari Grad, the oldest town in Croatia, and walk or cycle the UNESCO Stari Grad Plain — Greek field walls and vineyards laid out for over two thousand years. Lunch in a village konoba.
Day 3 — wine & beaches
Head to the steep southern slopes around Sveta Nedjelja for Plavac Mali wine (see wines of Dalmatia), or spend a slow day on the beaches and coves.
Get there with our Hvar from Split guide.
